Choices is a free, two hour, small group alcohol education class hosted regularly at The Well.
NOTE: You will not receive an immediate confirmation of your registration for class. Closer to the class date, you will receive confirmation of your registration. Please do not register multiple times.
Alcohol and Drug Self-Assessment
For those who wish to examine their relationship with alcohol and other drugs, there is an online assessment tool that is both confidential and anonymous. Log onto the assessment and use the referral code vcurams in order to access it. The assessment is best viewed in Firefox or Internet Explorer.
The Green Zone logo identifies faculty and staff volunteers with training about student veterans issues and resources. The Well is Green Zone trained.
The Safe Zone sticker identifies faculty and staff volunteers with training about Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender issues and resources. The Well is Safe Zone trained.

Welcome The Wellness Resource Center (The Well) at VCU! We are here to help students achieve or maintain a healthy lifestyle. We provide an array of services and resources related to the following health topics.
The Well also welcomes walk-in guests to use our lactation room. We aim to be positive, inclusive and empowering in our materials and programs. We conduct interactive, informative health presentations by request to classes and student organizations.
